What should I do in case my payment has failed?
If your payment has failed, it may be due to a number of reasons, such as:

Accidental cancellation on your end

What do in-game items mean?
In-game items are virtual goods that players can acquire and use within a game. Unfortunately, if a key has already been activated, we are unable to provide a refund.
Please note that we sell products such as game keys, gifts, or accounts—not the games themselves. Our role is to ensure that the key or gift activates the correct game on the intended platform. Once a key has been successfully activated and the game has been added to your account, the product is considered delivered and functional.
Since we have no ability to deactivate a key or remove a game from an account, we are technically unable to accept returns or offer refunds in such cases—even if we wanted to. We understand this may be disappointing, and we appreciate your understanding.
